  1. 1 cup honey.
  2. 1/2 cup melted butter, or whatever oil you can get.
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter.
  4. 1/2 cup powdered milk, mixed a little thicker than usual.
  5. 1 cup raisins.
  6. 2 1/2 cups fresh ground hard red wheat flour, or whatever flour you can get.
  7. 4 teaspoons baking powder.
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  9. 2 teaspoons vanilla.

  • The Coleman camp oven is well suited to cookies,
  • Get the camp oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix them well.
  • Make a cookie sheet out of aluminum foil.
  • Spray a teaspoon with cooking spray, and spray the aluminum foil.
  • Use the greased teaspoon and drop 1 1/2 cubic inch chunks of batter about 3 inches apart on the foil.
  • Use a piece of cardboard to support the foil, slide it in the camp oven onto the second shelf, steady the foil with a knife and slide the cardboard out from under the foil.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • When done, slide the cardboard back under the foil and remove.
